Power Yoga Classes

Power yoga is one of the most physically aggressive forms of yoga. In this class, the teacher will guide you through a dynamic flow of many postures to increase your physical strength and endurance. The “Asanas” or postures will include techniques to create longer, more flexible muscles, as well as movement coordination with your breath.
Perfect for cross training, this class will help to create balance in the body and maintain the physical and mental discipline to achieve personal goals. There will be extra focus on developing core strength by using
several different abdominal and lower back exercises. The class will finish with slower stretches, deep muscle openers, and a final relaxation. This intense class is both physically and mentally challenging! You will leave with a sense of accomplishment and peace of mind.
