Boba is very excited to be teaching Pilates! She received her Pilates training through Balanced Body University under the guidance of Maria Leone, Master Pilates Teacher and owner of Bodyline Pilates Fitness in Beverly Hills.

Pilates exercises are gentle and safe, yet challenging, and incredibly efficient at building a strong core to improve posture, prevent injuries and build long, lean muscles. It is a whole body workout that helps you tune into your body and develop proper spinal and pelvic alignment. With Pilates training, you can see amazing results very quickly.

Boba is qualified to offer full Pilates sessions on the reformer, and to incorporate the incredible benefits of Pilates into her regular training sessions.
